I love to travel (duh). I also love to organize and am a self-proclaimed ambassador for Google Calendar. I hate going up steps/a mountain/really anything but will do it for a view. I love to backpack and rough it, but I also will never pass on an opportunity to be bougie on a budget.
I’ve been tremendously blessed to have traveled the world. Oftentimes, I do research using blogs and reviews for wherever I’m heading next. However, I usually have to sift through myriads of “unnecessary to me” information. Sometimes, I just want to know the cost, time spent, places visited, etc.
So, my hope is this website is that: a place for the details. Sure, I might have posts with some funny travel stories so we can all commiserate together and other posts for tips I’ve learned through the years, but I promise detailed itineraries, budgets and recommendations.
And while it’s great to make a plan, I would caution that you can’t know everything. So, learn as much as you’re able and then be ready for anything. As I always say, “It’s not an adventure if everything goes as planned.”
